In an interview with Polish publication Money.pl (via GameSpot), the development studio noted that The Medium has already made back both its developmental and marketing costs, meaning that any revenue from here on out is pure profit. That’s a good win for the game, considering it’s only available on two platforms at the moment (PC and Xbox Series S|X – it’s not available on Xbox One). The development team hasn’t shared a breakdown of the game’s performance, so we’re not how much the Xbox Game Pass deal contributed to the game’s success....

The kits were first teased earlier this month, and were expected to release some time this month. Now, Maxis has confirmed that these two kits, called Little Campers Kit and Moonlight Chic Kit, both of which will be released on May 26. This week, Nintendo announced that a special localization of the original Fire Emblem game is set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch in December – some 30 years after its original release in Japan. Shadow Dragon & The Blade of Light arrives on Nintendo eShop from December 4, and will set you back $5.99 or your regional equivalent. Oddly, like other recent Nintendo products (such as Super Mario Bros. 35 and Super Mario 3D All-Stars trilogy), the game will only enjoy a limited release....

But ultimately, says Keisuke Kikuchi in an interview with Nintendo Everything, it is up to IP holder Nintendo. “Even though I have these hopes, this is a series that Nintendo publishes for us and I only handle the development,” said Kikuchi of the possibility of an entirely new release. “So even if I were to say I want to make another game, that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what will happen....

In case you are unfamiliar with the game, The Stanley Parable stars a simple-minded individual named Stanley who discovers one day that his office co-workers have mysteriously vanished. Determined to find answers to the disappearace, you will interact with environmental elements such as buttons and doors. There isn’t any combat or any other action-based gameplay. The story is told by a narrator (Kevan Brighting), who explains that Stanley is employee 427 and tasked with monitoring data coming from a computer screen....

Tiny Tina’s graced us back in March 2022, boasting even more weapons that can drop, and of course, even more of Borderlands’ slapstick style and bawdy dialogue. Now that DLC content for Total War: Three Kingdoms is complete, Creative Assembly, the team has transitioned onto another project based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms novel. Townscaper has long been something of a social media darling; if you mooch about games Twitter like me, you’ll have seen it crop up often as other indie devs share little snippets of the towns and villages they’ve made. Buildings appear with a very satisfying ‘pop’ and the whole thing is more like a toybox experience than a traditional game. I urge you to give it a go if you’ve got the time, it’s honestly a delight....

Epic Games describes the in-game event - called Astronomical - as “an other-worldly experience inspired by Cactus Jack’s creations, built from the ground up in Fortnite.” Unlike previous one-off events in Fortnite, Astronomical takes place over the course of a few days and will kick off at different times for different regions. The canceled games are Ghost Recon: Frontline, Splinter Cell VR, and two unannounced titles. The cancellations were announced today during Ubisoft’s Q1 2022 earnings call.. Ubisoft announced Ghost Recon: Frontline in October 2021. Developed by Ubisoft Bucharest, the free-to-play game was to feature 100+ players engaging in a PvP first-person military experience. UFC 4, where EA recently ran in-game ads before quickly removing them, is in the spotlight again. Players have discovered a quirk that sometimes leads to their character becoming a giant. Reddit user Jblades1, playing as Tyson Fury, went into a grapple as a normal-sized person, and came out of it super-sized.
