To complete this challenge, you’ll need to find and hide in a secret passage in three separate matches. That’s according to research company Sensor Tower, which says that this is the shortest period of time that a game on the App Store and Google Play has hit $1 billion in revenue. Gearbox and Counterplay have dropped a new trailer for Godfall that’s specifically showing off the game’s PC version. Just like the PS5 trailer from a couple of days ago, this one also has a decent chunk of gameplay. Gotham Knights, the next game from WB Games Montreal, was revealed today during DC FanDome. The reveal started out with a cinematic look at the game before some pre-alpha gameplay footage was shown. Rockstar parent company Take-Two has filed its annual 10-K forms with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 10-K is essentially a general overview of the company’s spend for the coming years. In this case, Take-Two noted an usual spike in its marketing budget in fiscal year 2024. Take-Two expects to spend $89 million on marketing between April 2023, and the end of March 2024. Originally, that spike was expected in the fiscal year prior, and it was at a relatively lower $78 million....
Half-Life: Alyx has received a small, but important new update. The patch adds the ability to continuously turn, which allows turning in-game to mimic real-life movement. The game’s Quick Turn option has been renamed to Snap Turn, which should better explain what each of them do. Continuous turn, for its part, comes with options to customise turning speed. The patch also allows players to remove controller turning through a new toggle....

One of the more interesting new additions in this year’s Call of Duty, Black Ops Cold War, is the 40-player mode Fireteam. It offers a unique experience, with a mix of objective play and action not quite seen elsewhere in Call of Duty. It sounds like Fireteam will launch with various different configurations, or sub-modes, sort of like the limited-time modes in Warzone. The Fireteam variant we’ll have access to in the beta, and the only one confirmed so far, is Dirty Bomb....
